All European Institutions (European Parliament, European Commission, European Court of Justice, etc.) are offering traineeship opportunities to young people. They are offered to young European people. The selection process is quite tough, but it offers extremely high-level professional experience if you are selected.

I can benefit of it if

I speak English or French or German and another EU official language. I already hold at least a bachelor. There's no age limit. These requirements are valid for the European Commission, they may differ according to institutions.

Usually, traineeships in EU Institutions last for 5 or 6 months.

Financial support depends on which institution is hosting you. The European Commission is offering a 1000€ per month grant. The learning support is usually very strong and allows very good learning outcomes.
